This is stunning, one of my favourite ever works! Please tell me, where did you get your lens reverser and could you link me to it?

hey ~
thanks very much man
i use my kit lens (18-55mm ) i just detach the lens form the camera and i flip it upside down so the glass of the lens faces the camera lens hole and i just hold it with my hands ,,,because i don't have a ring ,,here is a link with pic how to do it
[link]

if you still have questions ,,feel free to ask :)

Same trick! :D.. but I do set an aperture value in normal mode first.. and then press and hold the depth of field button and release the lens from the body and reverse it.. by doing so I get a lil more things in focus.. :)

Check them out! :D

haha yeah tried to paste them but didn't work ,,i just followed the number in your gallery
the :thumb306028453: is the best
yeah you can do that if you want to get more things in focus but the picture will go dark a bit lets say F/4.5 reversed will not enter light like f/4.5 normal ,,you can also play with the focus ring to get more things in focus ,,do you have a ring or you just hold it with your hand ?

I bought the reverse ring but left it in Oman. :D

I stay in Cyprus.. I'm studying here..

so all these pics are hand held ;p..

which is a tough job.

nd yeah.. focus ring helps a little.. I'll try shooting at lower f-stops.. and see if i can get a good enough picture with that. :)

hey
the lens was detached from the camera because i was using a Technique called "reverse lens " this is for macro photography without having a macro lens so you will get a very shallow depth of field
